In November 2007, Jeff Koons' Diamond (blue) sold at Christie's for $11.8 million. $11.8 million was more than double the highest price ever paid for a Jeff Koons work at auction. The following November 2007 night, Jeff Koons' Hanging Heart (Magenta/Gold) sold at Sotheby's for $23.6 million. November 2007 was a good month for Jeff Koons.
