This dancer is just so fabulous, one of my favorite captures of the day. My images on ArtStar have all been created with a beautiful Graflex Super D camera that was made in the 1940s. The lens is a Schneider barrel lens that dates back to 1920. The concept behind the work is to revive the technique of shooting with this camera while documenting the art of burlesque which is also currently enjoying a renaissance.
