The Rolling Stones + Stephen Shames

We're pretty sure there's little in the world that is cooler than Mick Jagger and The Rolling Stones. So we were pretty excited to launch 2 new photographs from acclaimed documentary photographer Stephen Shames taken during the Stones' 1972 tour at the Winterland Palace in San Francisco. This image of a spot-lit Jagger is particularly spectacular. You don't even need to see his face to instantly know who it is.
And not to burst anyone's bubble, but has anyone seen this photo of Mick and his dad from his knighthood? Basil Fanshawe Jagger might be one of the more adorable rock n roll progenitors we've ever seen. (Photo via the Telegraph UK)
