Drew Sanocki bootstrapped Design Public in 2003 with his business partner Sina Djafari; today the
company serves as a leading online shopping destination for new home design and fashion products
from emerging independent designers. Style magazines Dwell, Wallpaper*, and GQ have profiled the
company’s products and designers, and its design blog, Hatch, has received mentions for excellence
in design reporting. The company attributes its success to tapping into a passionate customer base

Before Design Public, Drew served four years in the US Navy as an intelligence officer. He holds a
