SHIPPING OPTIONS

Good art is worth the wait. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to arrive, as all of our prints need to dry and properly outgas before we frame or ship them. ArtStar does ship internationally. If you’re having work shipped abroad, please allow extra time for arrival. Unframed prints are sent via USPS domestically and UPS internationally. All framed works are shipped FedEx. Costs are calculated at check out. Our frames are 100% custom, meaning they’re assembled by a professional framer. After you choose the frame size and color, we’ll carefully assemble, pack and ship each frame to you with the hanger and nail, ready for the wall.

EXCHANGES

Every ArtStar print is print-to-order and custom framed. We do not allow returns, but will exchange the art for another print or frame of equal or lesser value for the following reasons:
1. You have received the wrong image.
2. You have received the incorrect size.
3. You have received the incorrect frame
4. There has been damage to the print or frame.
