Shipping

Shipping with ArtStar

  • Order Fulfillment: Orders are processed and fulfilled within a two-week window by our team of fine art printers and framers.
  • Shipping Notification: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. 
  • Damage Resolution: While we cannot control occasional damage by UPS or FedEx, we will work with you to resolve any issues. Damaged works can be exchanged within 14 days.

All Frames Include:

  • UV-blocking acrylic plexiglass
  • Acid-free, archival materials
  • 100% natural wood molding with a deep profile. 

Frame Specifications:

  • Extra small and small frames: .75" molding, 2" mats, 1.2" deep
  • Medium and large frames: 1" molding, 3" mats, 2" deep
  • Matless frames have a spacer to prevent print from touching the acrylic.

Window to another world

We ended up getting the approx 4' x 5' framed print.

Living in a condo, we have limited amount of uninterrupted views, or any at all. This print made it feel as though we have a beautiful view into another world and feels expansive.

We hung this up in our living room and its about the same size as one of our windows going out to the courtyard. The print is calming, serene, and it makes it feel like we really live by the ocean!

The frame came with the wall buddy system (ez self leveling) and the needed nail hooks to install. it was a very quick and easy install.

Customer service was amazing. I was out of town for the holidays and so couldn't receive it during the anticipated delivery date. Artstar accommodated my schedule with a near instant reply for my request.
