What is your return policy?

ArtStar does not accept returns. Works damaged in transit may be exchanged within 14 days.
Please email us as soon as you receive the damaged work at hello@artstar.com.

We stand behind our art with a 100% quality guarantee. ArtStar prints on the best paper on the market with a fine art printer in the USA. Each work is created custom just for you and non-returnable. ArtStar color matches every print to the artists' source file and fully authenticates every piece.

Please note that we employ professional printers, framers and shippers. Occasional damage by FedEx in transit happens and is out of our control. We are happy to work with you to immediately resolve any damage that might occur. That said, damage in transit is relatively rare.

How long will it take to receive my print?

ArtStar now has a 4 week lead time on all orders. Please note that lead times may change at any point in time due to changes in the COVID-19 pandemic and how it affects our production facilities' operations. We will do our best to keep all orders running on track. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate this ever changing situation.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship unframed prints internationally via DHL. The international shipping cost will reflect in your cart at checkout. This price will not include the tax & duties. Tax & duties will be the responsibility of the customer. Please allow an extra week for delivery. Unfortunately, because of the high shipping cost we do not ship framed prints internationally at this time. ArtStar does not up-charge or make any money from international shipping.

How is my order shipped?

All 11x14" prints are shipped inside a fitted plastic sleeve in a rigid mailer. 20x24", 30x40" and 40x60" prints are shipped in a special fortified tube to guard against bending or damage. Framed prints are shipped via FedEx in a bespoke cardboard box with a fitted interior armature for the frame.

Note that all shipments will require signature upon delivery.

International Tax & Duty

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. 

However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.
