What you need to know.

What is your return policy?

ArtStar does not accept returns. 

Each order is custom-made just for you and, therefore, non-returnable. Shortly after your order is placed, our team of professional printers and framers goes to work. 

If your work is damaged or you received the wrong image, please contact us at hello@artstar.com or call 212.995.5352 no later than 14 days after receiving your order. 


Make sure to include photos of the shipping box & detailed shots of the damage in your email, along with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the matter, but refunds or merchandise credit will not be issued.


Warehouses and 3rd party receivers:

All work must be checked and approved upon arrival if you ship artwork to a warehouse or 3rd party receiver, including art installers, framers, storage, or onsite contractors. Ownership of the work transfers once checked in at the warehouse and is no longer the responsibility of ArtStar. 

How long will it take to receive my print?

ArtStar has a 2-3 week lead time on all orders. You will receive tracking as soon as the order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship unframed prints internationally via DHL. The international shipping cost will reflect in your cart at checkout. This price will not include the tax & duties. Tax & duties will be the responsibility of the customer. Please allow an extra week for delivery. Unfortunately, because of the high shipping cost we do not ship framed prints internationally at this time. ArtStar does not up-charge or make any money from international shipping.

How is my order shipped?

All 11x14" prints are shipped inside a fitted plastic sleeve in a rigid mailer. 20x24", 30x40" and 40x60" prints are shipped in a special fortified tube to guard against bending or damage. Framed prints are shipped via FedEx in a bespoke cardboard box with a fitted interior armature for the frame.

If your order is less than $1000 the package will not require a signature. If your item is over $1000 your package WILL require a signature. ArtStar is not responsible for any packages that have not been signed for upon delivery.

International Tax & Duty

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. 

However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.
